Client Experience Manager

SiteClub is a subscription-based web design service focused on providing ongoing website care for small businesses. The Client Experience Manager will play a key role in ensuring a smooth client journey from project kickoff to launch, managing communication and support, and overseeing website updates and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Respond to client requests via email, ticketing system, and phone calls
Conduct live "guided work sessions" with clients - jumping on calls to make simple website updates while walking them through changes
Present completed websites to clients and answer their questions
Provide friendly, professional customer service that makes clients feel taken care of
Put together Squarespace website pages using the layouts and content we provide, keeping styles and page structure consistent across the site
Update existing client websites by changing content, swapping photos, adjusting layouts, and publishing blog posts
Upload and format client-provided content (text, images, and other assets) on their sites
Manage update requests that come in through comments, tickets, or email
Pass along any requests you’re unsure about to our design team for support
Keep multiple client projects organized and moving forward
Schedule meetings with clients and prospective leads
Manage our support inbox and ensure timely, thoughtful responses
Handle administrative tasks like organizing receipts and running errands

Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable with learning new tools
Basic troubleshooting skills
Comfortable on video calls and phone conversations
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Able to work standard business hours (9am-5pm) in our Lynchburg office. Open to hybrid work over time
2-4 years of work experience, or career changers welcome
Customer-facing roles, administrative positions, executive assistant experience, or similar backgrounds are great fits
