Required
Experience in program management and development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Effective project management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in working with youth, specifically girls of color
Bachelor's degree in social work, education, non-profit management, or related field
Life experience of being a Young Woman of Color
Must be 21 years of age or older
Clear a background check with DCYF
Possess a valid Washington State driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Be able to commute to the office (Lynnwood) as well as to various community centers and school (Snohomish and King)
Proficient in Google Workplace
Preferred
Experience with the Positive Youth Development (PYD) approach is a plus
Mentoring experience preferred
