Responsibilities
You own the end-to-end execution of our webinar challenges, from the initial brief to post-event wrap-up
You orchestrate 5+ teams (Copy, Ads, Tech, Sales, Partners) without becoming a bottleneck
You translate “we want to do X” into “here’s exactly how we execute X”
You make sure nothing breaks when 10,000+ people show up to a live event
You build systems that work without constant supervision or micromanagement
Build the full project timeline and ensure everyone knows their responsibilities
Anticipate what could go wrong and put safeguards in place
Keep all teams moving forward without becoming a blocker
Monitor everything in real time
Fix issues before they escalate
Stay calm and focused when things get intense
Document what worked and what didn’t
Build playbooks so each launch becomes easier and more efficient
Qualification
Required
You've managed complex marketing projects with multiple moving parts
You stay calm under pressure (our events are live — there's no “we'll fix it tomorrow”)
You take ownership without needing constant guidance
You've successfully coordinated remote teams
You're comfortable working async (we don't do endless meetings)
