Responsibilities
Own multiple manufacturing projects at once, end-to-end
Translate quotes into routings, schedules, and executable plans
Coordinate engineering, machining, and assembly to hit scope, cost, and timeline
Lead project kickoffs and internal project meetings
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during builds
Manage project budgets and close projects with post-mortem reviews
Support estimating from individual parts through full assemblies and machines
Qualification
Required
5+ years of manufacturing project leadership experience
Manufacturing Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong understanding of machining and manufacturing processes
Experience quoting, routing, and scheduling machined components
Comfortable working directly with customers
Able to lead with limited supervision and high accountability
