New Grad, Entry LevelMercy Hospital is seeking a Unit Receptionist to support the Physicians and nursing unit/department. The role involves performing a variety of skilled secretarial duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Perform a variety of skilled secretarial duties in support of Physicians, the nursing unit/department
May be required to assume additional duties as needed
Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards
Qualification
Required
High School or GED
Unit receptionist orientation complete within 90 days of hire
Excellent interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
Must be able to operate various types of office equipment including computer, fax machine, telephone with multiple lines, printer, copy machine, and nurse call system
Must feel comfortable using computer software and EHR for reports and documents

Secondary
Previous secretarial/clerical experience within a healthcare setting
