Business Development Representative (BDR) - Remote
Unframe is a fast-growing startup focused on AI adoption at the enterprise level, and they are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their Sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to hunt for new enterprise leads and qualify prospects to build a strong sales pipeline.

Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
Qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team
Research accounts and tailor outreach to decision-makers
Track activity in our CRM and iterate on messaging
Qualification
Required
1–3 years in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS
Proven cold calling success and hustle mentality
Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha
Preferred
Experience with AI, data, or enterprise tech sales
