Bloxstaking is the core team behind the SSV Network, pioneering decentralized infrastructure for Ethereum staking. As a Blockchain Tech Lead, you will collaborate with the CTO and researchers to design and build complex distributed systems, leading the technical direction and architecture of various initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical direction and architecture of SSV and node-related initiatives
Drive the design and implementation of complex protocol-level solutions in a distributed environment
Own delivery end-to-end: planning, execution, and technical decision-making (hands-on)
Work closely with engineers and researchers to translate cutting-edge research into production-ready systems
Review code, improve engineering standards, and guide best practices across the team
Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability challenges in production systems
Contribute to continuous improvements in tooling, testing, CI/CD, and operational readiness
High level of autonomy/ownership over your projects
Stay up to date and apply modern research in distributed systems, cryptography, blockchains, consensus, DeFi, and staking

Required

Experience with building / contributing to blockchain nodes, especially Ethereum or similar
At Least 5+ years of experience in Blockchain development
At Least 3+ years of experience in Golang
Experience leading technically (e.g., owning architecture, mentoring, code reviews, driving technical decisions)
Highly passionate about technology, fast learner, and collaborative team player

Preferred

Experience or knowledge designing decentralized P2P software (e.g libp2p)
Staking protocols knowledge - Advantage
L2, Bridges, ZK proofs knowledge - Advantage
BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field or equivalent - Advantage
