Responsibilities
Use internal database to analyze pricing, sales, and profitability to develop suggested market prices across different classes-of-trade
Identify price/volume and conversion trends to highlight strategy discrepancies and set expectations relative to a market segment
Create reports, develop recommendations and present to product divisions about pricing strategies throughout the year, showcasing areas of success and improvement
Perform ad-hoc analysis related to varying pricing activities/needs
Develop a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and major players
Serve as the main point of contact for pricing inquiries for internal stakeholders
Cross departmental collaboration with various stakeholders across the company
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Applied Statistics or other analytical degrees
At least 2 years of pricing/financial analysis experience or other related analytical field
Experience with financial analysis, price/volume analysis, elasticity analysis, financial models
Proven track record with large data sets/information
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Highly motivated, result driven, time management capabilities
Ability to perform in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Preferred
Basic/intermediate SQL skills
Experience with SAP
