Responsibilities

Own a product roadmap for Partner & Principal learning that aligns to global L&D strategy and business/talent priorities
Conducting needs analysis to identify learning gaps and shape evidence‑based solutions
Collaborating with subject matter experts, designers and stakeholders to define objectives and create Partner‑level scenarios, simulations and coaching interventions
Sourcing, evaluating and managing external content providers and faculty; set SLAs and quality standards tied to learner outcomes
Measuring progression from learning to behaviour and business outcomes; using data to iterate
Exploring AI‑enabled curation, personalization and coaching assistants responsibly; ensure data privacy and ethical use
Running governance and prioritisation with Partner Development Council, HR and regional leaders
Defining and managing end‑to‑end portfolio budget in partnership with Finance

Qualification

Learning product managementOrganizational developmentProject managementAI experienceStakeholder managementData analyticsLMS/LXPAgile methodologiesCommunication skills

Required

4–7 years' experience in learning product management, organisational development or strategic HR consulting
Previous experience in management consulting professional services firm is expected
Proven experience designing and managing learning for senior audiences (executive/senior leadership) — ideally with simulations, coaching and peer learning
Experience of using AI
Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple programmes concurrently
A track record in linking learning interventions to commercial and people outcomes, in a professional services context
Confidence using data and analytics to measure impact and guide decisions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms, authoring tools and agile ways of working
