Senior Customer Service Engineer

The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, performing installation and maintenance of GE HealthCare Imaging equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the assigned area.

Responsibilities
Maintain all models specific to CT/PETCT modality equipment within the assigned area. Perform system-level troubleshooting for complex, multi-symptom issues
Complete all administrative tasks on time
Ensure timely completion and documentation of FMIs (Field Modification Instructions) and PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service) inspections for assigned accounts
Develop conceptual knowledge of the professional discipline. This may include support roles requiring specialized expertise or technical knowledge across a broad area
Possess general business knowledge acquired through education or prior experience. Understand how the work of your team contributes to the broader organizational goals
Resolve issues using established procedures. Consult with a supervisor or senior team members for matters beyond defined instructions or parameters
Collaborate with others to solve problems. For customer-facing roles, build strong customer relationships and act as the interface between the customer and GE HealthCare. Exchange technical information, ask questions, and confirm understanding
Qualification
Required
This role requires 5 plus years of field experience in CT/PETCT modality
Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Ability to work independently with minimum direction
