Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to practice law in the state of Ohio or eligibility for admission
Experience in criminal defense or capital habeas litigation
Strong legal research and writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines
Willingness to travel overnight out-of-state and locally
Demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and clear communication skills
