Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and develop Account Managers, Project Managers and Production Managers
Forecast and allocate team workload across multiple projects
Ensure quality, consistency and technical excellence across all deliverables
Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex retail and experiential projects
Align client expectations with production capabilities and operational realities
Drive efficient, fast-paced execution while maintaining high standards
Build and maintain a strong network of production partners across the US and Mexico
Lead cross-functional teams across project management, production and logistics
Oversee timelines, milestones, documentation and project rhythms
Act as a strategic partner for key clients and accounts
Translate briefs into actionable proposals and lead delivery from concept to installation
Identify account growth opportunities and support upselling initiatives
Lead client communications with clarity, confidence and transparency
Build strong, long-term relationships with client teams and partner agencies
Own project budgets from proposal through final reconciliation
Ensure projects meet agreed margins and commercial targets
Track account revenue against monthly and annual goals
Support broader business strategy around cost optimisation and margin improvement
Ensure accurate billing, reconciliation and financial reporting
Qualification
Required
8+ years' experience in retail, experiential or design/production environments
Proven experience managing high-profile, fast-paced projects (retail, pop-ups, exhibitions)
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a business-driven approach
Deep knowledge of production processes and operational requirements
Strategic thinker with strong client influence and decision-making skills
Excellent commercial and financial awareness
Confident leader who inspires, mentors and motivates teams
Highly organised, detail-oriented and adaptable
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a start-up / scale-up environment
Willingness to travel internationally and work occasional evenings or weekends
