They are seeking dedicated Production Team Members to join their growing modular home manufacturing operation, where team members will play a key role in crafting high-quality homes using innovative construction methods in a climate-controlled facility.

Responsibilities
Execute production tasks following standardized work and quality specifications
Work in various production areas such as framing, electrical, plumbing, sheathing, saw operations, finishing, and more
Maintain daily production pace and perform quality checks at each workstation to ensure work meets company standards and building codes
Follow all safety procedures and maintain organized, 5S-compliant work areas
Report production issues or material shortages promptly to your Team Leader
Work collaboratively with team members, support new employees, and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
Participate in cross-training, lean manufacturing initiatives, and team improvement projects
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Spanish
Previous manufacturing, trades, or construction experience
Willingness to learn new skills and be cross-trained in multiple positions
Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized work procedures
Basic reading and math skills for blueprint reading and measurements
Reliable work history demonstrating dependability and attendance
Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to be cross-trained
Preferred
Experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or other construction trades
Lean manufacturing or 5S knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Forklift certification, OSHA 10/30 preferred
