Responsibilities
Manage daily rental and loaner reservations for service customers
Coordinate vehicle availability with Service Advisors and technicians
Prepare and process rental agreements and documentation
Conduct vehicle check-out and return walk-arounds (mileage, fuel, damage)
Ensure vehicles are cleaned, fueled, and ready for the next customer
Accurately bill rental charges, fees, and extensions to repair orders (ROs)
Monitor utilization to ensure all revenue is captured
Resolve billing discrepancies with Service and Accounting teams
Track fleet usage, maintenance needs, and turnaround times
Clearly communicate rental terms and expectations to customers
Follow dealership policies and risk management procedures
Coordinate with Sales Management on adding and retiring fleet vehicles
Help coordinate maintenance and repairs for the rental fleet
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Strong attention to detail and organization
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Preferred
Dealership, rental car, or service department experience
Familiarity with repair orders (ROs)
Billing or administrative coordination experience
Basic computer and data entry skills
