Responsibilities

Manage customer orders end-to-end, in coordination with headquarters
Coordinate domestic and international shipments and related documentation
Act as first point of contact for customers regarding orders and deliveries
Interface daily with Customer Care and Administrative teams at headquarters
Support invoicing, reporting, and general administrative activities
Contribute to a smooth and reliable customer experience

Required

Around 5 years of experience in operations, administration, order management, or customer support

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus
Experience in international or regulated environments is a plus
