Perform automotive repair and maintenance according to dealership and Ford factory standards
Diagnose vehicle concerns using the latest diagnostic equipment and technology
Complete and document multi-point inspections on all vehicles
Communicate repair needs, estimates, and timelines with service advisors
Road-test vehicles to ensure repairs are completed correctly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Participate in ongoing Ford and technical training programs
Deliver excellent customer service and professional workmanship
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 Years Of Dealership Automotive Technician Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must own tools and toolbox
Current Ford STARS certifications or ASE equivalents required
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
