Responsibilities
Leading and motivating a team of 30-60 colleagues in a positive manner while managing the required daily operational functions of the back-end mail pharmacy
Building a strong team through training and developing talent in new and tenured colleagues
Performing weekly quality audits and reviewing procedural errors and production rates with the members of your team
Utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver positive and constructive feedback in a professional manner
Conducting weekly five-minute meetings with colleagues to communicate company information
Participating in vertical conference calls to discuss process changes and improvements
Evaluating both the workload and talent daily to maximize production and output
Qualification
Required
Regular and predictable attendance based on our policy
The ability to work business required overtime (BROT) when needed
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to reach/twist/turn/bend/stoop/walk and lift to 40 pounds
Ability to read and understand English
Schedule flexibility for testing support including early starts, late stays and weekend support
The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals (including the ability to calculate dosages and days' supply prescriptions
Positive attitude
A verifiable High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required
Preferred
Excellent communication, Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to use Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint with ease and efficiency
If internal, at least 6 months in current role and in good standing
