Project Coordinator - Field Office

IEW Construction Group is a heavy civil general contractor seeking a qualified individual to work in their field construction office as a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will support the Project Management team in the construction administration of various complex projects while maintaining professional standards in interactions with project team members.

Responsibilities

Verify information, process information and a variety of other forms of documents
Keep records of tasks, files and reports
Enter information into specific files or forms
Works as a team with other staff to support company objectives
Coordinate and maintain paperwork
Work on special projects as directed
Create and maintain documents; coding invoices and other duties as assigned

Required

Ability to work independent in a fast-paced team oriented blue collar work environment
Must be flexible and have the ability to prioritize a diverse workload. This is a must!

Working knowledge of construction a plus
Ability to multi-task
High School graduate or equivalent
2 years working in an administrative support environment
Strong computer skills
