Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Support HR initiatives and special projects as needed
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
Assist with benefits administration, payroll preparation, and payroll reporting
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
Maintain employee records, Payroll databases, and personnel files
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Prior payroll administrative experience is a plus
Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
