Senior LevelHealthcare Network (HCN) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving as the medical home for patients from birth to geriatric. We seek a Seasonal Infectious Disease Physician of Family or Internal Medicine for our Infusion Center office to provide quality medical care to our patients.

Required
Must be a board certified physician in Family or Internal Medicine
Must complete pre-employment processing, including Level 2 AHCA screening, urine drug screen, and validation of job-required immunizations
Preferred
Bilingual candidates are preferred, as the majority of our patients' first language is not English
