Design and review questions based on real-world office and administrative supervision scenarios
Apply professional judgment to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, appropriateness, and alignment with industry standards
Identify gaps, edge cases, and areas for improvement in AI-generated responses
Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance and consistency
Ensure outputs adhere to project guidelines and maintain high-quality standards
Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators as needed
Qualification
Required
4+ years of full-time professional experience supervising office or administrative support staff
Deep understanding of office workflows, administrative processes, and team management practices
Ability to clearly articulate professional decision-making and leadership reasoning
Comfortable working independently in a fully asynchronous environment
Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
Based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada
