Qualification
Required
CEO, Founder, or Ex-Founder background only
Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment (20–150 employees)
Hands-on experience building or managing internal data or reporting systems
Ability to participate in a short-term, clearly scoped research engagement
Strong communication skills and comfort discussing technical architecture
