Responsibilities

Design, implement, license, and oversee comprehensive training programs
Develop training curricula and materials
Identify training needs across the organization
Analyze program effectiveness
Ensure alignment with company goals
Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver training sessions and workshops

Qualification

Required

Must be both a hands on developer of curriculum as well as manager of the training program
Proficiency in Training & Development, Curriculum Development, and delivering engaging training sessions
Strong Analytical Skills to assess training needs, measure program effectiveness, and implement improvements
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to work collaboratively with global teams

Preferred

Experience in the automotive or repair industries is highly beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
