Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, realism, and industry alignment
Apply practical editing knowledge to identify gaps, edge cases, and improvement areas in AI responses
Provide structured feedback to improve model performance and instruction-following
Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators as needed
Qualification
Required
4+ years of full-time professional experience as a Film and Video Editor
Strong understanding of editing workflows, tools, and production standards
Ability to clearly articulate professional judgment and decision-making
Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
