Responsibilities
Play an active part in developing various projects around NooBaa
Work with the test and support orgs to analyze and fix identified defects
Be involved in the designs of other features worked on by peer team members
Lead performance analysis and improvements
Be responsible for our product quality, participate in peer code reviews
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience working in a Storage (or similar) products with knowledge in C++, Node.JS and Go
Experience with microservices architecture and concepts including APIs, versioning, monitoring, etc
Knowledge of at least one big cloud provider, e.g. Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure
Experience in technological and storage areas, define and deliver solutions
Help other team members with approaching issues, features. Mentor them to take scale, perf and maintainability into their designs and considerations
Lead efforts in performance evaluation, analysis, and tuning
Great communication and collaboration skills, with a solid attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn new technologies
Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred
9+ years of experience working in a Storage (or similar) products with knowledge in C++, Node.JS and Go
Experience with microservices architecture and concepts including APIs, versioning, monitoring, etc
Knowledge of at multiple cloud storage provider, e.g. Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure
Ability to examine various technological areas deeply and deliver solutions
Help other team members with approaching issues, features. Mentor them to take scale, perf and maintainability into their designs and considerations
Lead the efforts in analyzing I/O flow performance, as well as fixing/optimizing identified bottlenecks
Great communication and collaboration skills, with a solid attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn new technologies
Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
