Responsibilities
Build and lead EQC’s ABA and DD service lines
Provide clinical oversight for assessments, treatment planning, and service delivery
Recruit, supervise, and mentor RBTs
Ensure ethical, compliant, and high-quality care
Collaborate with families, caregivers, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
Drive program quality, outcomes, and sustainable growth
Qualification
Required
Active BCBA certification
Oregon Behavior Analyst license (or immediate eligibility)
Strong experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities
Proven leadership and supervision experience
Comfort working autonomously in a growth-focused role
Commitment to ethical, person-centered care
