Responsibilities
Engage in a rotational program showcasing the intricacies of client communications, brokerage, risk management, and internal sales
Strategize and assist in planning document reviews to learn benefits and other relevant industry documentation
Research, organize, and analyze competitive market data sets for strategic implementation
Collaborate with and shadow industry leaders in hands-on engagement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship and work in-office at least four days per week
Currently enrolled in a program of study at an accredited college/university
Preferred
Business Administration, Risk Management and Insurance, or similar degree-tracks are preferred, but all majors are welcome to apply
Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner, as training will be provided
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills
Excellent Public Speaking and Presentation skills
