Regional Joint Exercise Campaign Analyst
SAIC is currently seeking a Regional Joint Training & Exercise Campaign Analyst located at Camp Smith in Hawaii to support the USINDOPACOM J75 with Indo-Pacific expertise in development of the Joint Training and Exercise Campaign Plan along with associated exercise events. The role involves ensuring unified action within USINDOPACOM, maintaining a deliberate plan of action, and contributing to solutions for complex problems in a geostrategic security environment.

Responsibilities
Ensure unified action within USINDOPACOM with supporting organizations to develop a Joint Training and Exercise Campaign Plan including Field Training Exercises (FTX), Command-Post Exercises (CPX), and training support operations, activities and investments
Support USINDOPACOM J75 and J73 by maintaining a deliberate plan of action with milestones in addition to production of required orders, briefings, and planning deliverables
Contribute to solutions for complex problems and apply operational art in an uncertain geostrategic security environment to develop a training and exercise annex in support of the USINDOPACOM Campaign Plan
Develop, implement, and maintain efficient protocols, processes, and procedures in support of exercise planning events and senior leader engagements
Support exercise work group planning meetings, theaters posture planning meetings, and theater engagement planning meetings
Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) related to exercises and training events throughout the theater
Produce exercise orders or directives to facilitate guidance for exercise planning
International travel up to 30% of the year may be required to support the planning and coordination with allies and partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelors and six (6) years' of relevant experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I complete; two (2) years of experience on a joint operational/strategic headquarters staff accepted in lieu of JPME Phase I
Knowledge of the Joint Training Exercise and Evaluation Program (JTEEP), Joint Training System (JTS), and associated requirements to plan joint exercises
Proven experience in an analyst role supporting projects with strict timelines
Knowledge and experience working with allies and partners, including joint assignments at the operational/strategic level
Must have an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Must be a current US Citizen
