The specialist will manage real estate efforts for new builds and modifications, oversee vendor activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities
Manage real estate (pre-construction) efforts in support of macro new build and modification programs and service improvements in the Great Plains Submarket
Oversee vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to navigate various milestones to get to a 'Real Estate Complete' work product
Supervise third party vendors in performing due diligence, negotiating leases or amendments, managing work flow forecasts, and obtaining governmental approvals and permits
Work as a self-starter to drive projects and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects
Collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes
Include PO management and assist with special projects as they arise
Qualification
Required
Must have telecom/wireless experience with strong pre-construction (network real estate) project management experience
Familiarity or experience with upper midwestern region
Experience accurately forecasting deliverables, maintaining database information fields, and understanding milestones and the impact of the job to the overall program
Ability to work under pressure to manage and meet aggressive timelines and goals
Excellent communication skills with a positive team-focused energy and drive
Creative problem solver that is able to assemble and evaluate information to determine paths to success
Preferred
Ideal candidate will have experience managing site acquisition agents and other vendors is preferred
Ideal candidate will have previous carrier experience, preferably working at or with ***
Experience with database tracking systems/tools - experience with ***'s processes and tools (FUZE) preferred
