Responsibilities
Manage daily bread and pita production operations to meet volume, quality, and efficiency targets
Supervise and lead production teams, including scheduling, training, and performance management
Ensure all products meet company quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements
Enforce GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures at all times
Monitor yields, waste, labor efficiency, and downtime; implement continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational
Work closely with QA, warehouse, and management teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and reporting
Support new product launches, process improvements, and scale-up initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial bread or bakery production
Proven experience managing production teams in a food manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of dough handling, baking processes, and industrial bakery equipment
Solid knowledge of GMPs, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards
Ability to lead by example and work hands-on when needed
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
