Responsibilities

Drive new and expanded business by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for Manhattan’s software and services with both new and existing customers
Create and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue, position Manhattan as a supply chain leader, and meet annual sales goals
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term success
Oversee the entire sales process—from managing account communications and contracts to collecting annual maintenance fees and ensuring contract compliance
Work closely with teams across the company to resolve customer issues, coordinate smooth implementations, and deliver clear value based on ROI and cost/benefit analysis
Maintain accurate, up-to-date account information and clearly communicate account needs to support teams to ensure exceptional client service
Develop client references and encourage customers get the most out of Manhattan's offerings

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering or related degree
7 - 9+ years experience selling strategic enterprise applications / technology; preferably supply chain
Experienced using Salesforce.com, Microsoft office products or similar software; professional selling strategies; complex sale methodology
Strong fundamental knowledge in supply chain operations and technology as well as in retail, 3PL, CPG, etc
Excellent collaboration skills in order to work successfully with team members, internal and external partners
Ability to anticipate customer needs, offer solutions and overcome objections
Expert level selling and negotiation capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel at least 50% of the time

Preferred

Prior consulting implementation experience with enterprise software
