Qualification
Required
You've grown an account or gone viral more than once
You're fluent in memes and trends - new and old, niche and mainstream
Your screen time is impressive, albeit slightly concerning
You understand TikTok pacing
You know how to be cringe without being cringe (if you get that you're the right person for the job)
You can recognize a US social media trend before it hits the mainstream
You have main character energy and aren't afraid of stopping a stranger on the street for an improv interview if the content calls for it
Preferred
You know CapCut isn't just a template engine on TikTok. You know your way around basic design and video tools
You've got a “Deadlines first - doomscrolling later” mindset
You actually check retention, watch time & engagement (not just vibes)
Proficiency in Labubology is not required, but highly respected
