Regulatory Reporting Analyst - Exempt
TTI of USA is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to support the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory submissions. This role focuses on FR Y-14M and FR Y-14Q reporting and involves collaboration with various stakeholders to manage regulatory remediation efforts and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities
Support the preparation, review, and ensuring the data accuracy for regulatory reporting of FR Y-14M, FR Y-14Q, and contribute to FR 2052a reporting activities, in accordance with Client instructions and timelines
Interpret regulatory guidance to ensure consistent, compliant implementation across credit and liquidity-related reports
Perform data validation, trend analysis, and reasonableness checks to confirm accuracy and completeness of submissions
Partner with the Regulatory Pod Owner and stakeholders to coordinate and monitor regulatory data remediation initiatives impacting FR Y-14 and FR 2052a reporting
Track remediation plans, milestones, dependencies, and regulatory commitments to ensure timely execution
Identify, document, and escalate project risks, data issues, and execution roadblocks that may impact regulatory deliverables
Support development of remediation status reporting, dashboards, and governance materials
Identify, assess, and document data quality issues affecting FR Y-14M/Q and FR 2052a submissions
Support root cause analysis and implementation of sustainable corrective actions in partnership with data and technology teams
Execute and maintain regulatory reporting controls, reconciliations, attestations, and documentation
Support responses to Client inquiries, internal audits, and regulatory exams related to FR Y-14 and FR 2052a reporting
Assist in drafting remediation plans, management responses, and ongoing progress updates
Maintain documentation evidencing issue resolution, control effectiveness, and governance oversight
Serve as a key liaison to keep cross-functional stakeholders (Risk, Treasury, Finance, Liquidity, Technology, Data, Compliance) informed of remediation progress and key decisions
Facilitate coordination and accountability across reporting owners and data providers
Support preparation of senior management and regulatory-facing updates that clearly articulate progress against critical milestones
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
Hands-on experience with FR Y-14M and/or FR Y-14Q reporting, with familiarity with FR 2052a
Experience supporting regulatory remediation programs, issue management, or supervisory commitments
Strong understanding of regulatory reporting controls, data quality, and risk management concepts
Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
Preferred
Experience working within a regulatory pod or remediation program structure
Exposure to liquidity risk, treasury, or capital planning functions
Familiarity with Client supervisory processes, MRAs/MRIAs, or regulatory exams
Knowledge of data governance concepts (data lineage, CDEs, data quality rules)
Experience producing governance materials, dashboards, and executive reporting
