Assist building trades persons with the performance of the necessary duties for the maintenance and repair of the equipment, buildings, and grounds

Qualification

Mechanical systems maintenanceElectrical systems maintenanceNFPA 70E certificationHospital equipment maintenanceCity of Seattle Electricians 07 LicenseSoft skills

Required

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Minimum of three (3) years experience in construction, installation, or maintenance of mechanical and/or electrical systems and equipment
NFPA 70E within 3 months of hire date

Preferred

At least five (5) years experience in construction, installation, or maintenance of mechanical and/or electrical systems and equipment
Hospital or medical equipment maintenance experience
Current City of Seattle Electricians 07 License
MedGas 6040 Quick Study
UST Class C
