Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of large-scale Byte BOH deployments, from readiness through stabilization
Build and maintain integrated program plans covering technology, operations, vendor execution, training, and cutover
Actively manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across parallel work streams
Establish clear success metrics and ensure delivery against committed milestones
Lead and align cross-functional teams across Technology, Restaurant Ops, Finance, Security, Legal, and Franchise organizations
Drive accountability with external vendors and system integrators through clear plans and performance tracking
Adapt deployment execution to regional market requirements while maintaining global standards
Ensure technical readiness across BOH software, integrations, hardware, networking, and support models
Translate technical constraints into clear execution plans for non-technical stakeholders
Validate go-live criteria and oversee cutover and stabilization activities
Drive post-launch reviews and operational improvements
Provide concise, accurate program updates to senior leaders
Escalate risks early with clear mitigation options
Influence outcomes through data, clarity, and execution credibility
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Byte BOH deployments, from planning through go-live and stabilization
Coordinate across Technology, Restaurant Operations, Finance, Security, Legal, Franchise teams, and external partners
Drive integrated program plans covering software, hardware, integrations, network readiness, training, and cutover
Identify risks early, manage dependencies, and keep complex programs moving forward
Adapt deployment approaches to meet regional and market-specific needs while maintaining consistency and quality
Communicate program progress, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders
Capture learnings from deployments and improve repeatable rollout playbooks
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles
Proven ownership of large, complex technology deployments in enterprise environments
Strong technical fluency across software systems, integrations, and infrastructure
Experience managing global or multi-region programs
Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
Preferred
Experience with BOH, restaurant, or retail systems
Exposure to international deployments or market launches
Familiarity with inventory, labor, or restaurant operating systems
Experience working with franchise partners
