Responsibilities
Support Project Managers with day-to-day project execution, including task tracking, scheduling, and status updates
Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, timelines, and trackers to ensure visibility across teams
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to follow up on assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met
Assist in preparing client-facing materials such as project updates, summaries, and delivery documentation
Help monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating concerns to Project Managers when needed
Support data delivery workflows by tracking dataset progress, validation steps, and final outputs
Participate in internal meetings and help capture action items, decisions, and next steps
Contribute to improving project processes, templates, and operational workflows over time
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, program support, or related roles. Internship experience is acceptable
Strong organizational and time-management skills with close attention to detail
Comfortable working with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, project trackers, and basic documentation tools
Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to follow instructions and ask clarifying questions when needed
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow into increased responsibility over time
Fluent in spoken and written English. Additional languages are a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with team members across time zones
