Responsibilities
Develop and “semi-automate” Rego Policy-as-Code to detect cloud misconfigurations and configuration drift
Lead the migration of CSPM capabilities from legacy tooling into Wiz
Serve as internal SME for Wiz CSPM features, roadmap, tuning, and best practices
Build automated guardrails for Azure & Google Cloud resource posture
Enable ad-hoc developer scanning workflows (including IDE integrations)
Convert cloud security requirements into scalable, testable policies
Troubleshoot and resolve CSPM-related engineering escalations
Contribute to code repos and documentation, improving team-wide PaC maturity
Collaborate closely with engineering peers, cloud teams, and partner stakeholders
Mentor team members on Policy-as-Code automation and posture engineering principles
Qualification
Required
5+ years Information Security Engineering
4+ years Terraform / automation engineering
2+ years Azure & Google Cloud (services, workloads, hardening practices)
1+ year Rego or RQL policy development
Python automation and REST API experience
Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Strong communicator able to influence cloud and security stakeholders
Experience working in Agile Scrum or Kanban teams
Strong analytical mindset and proven ability to work independently
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Wiz (CSPM/CNAPP)
Advanced Policy-as-Code automation (Rego)
DevSecOps background and automated testing experience
Kubernetes knowledge (AKS, GKE, OCP)
Cloud security frameworks (CIS, NIST, CSA)
Security certifications (CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CCSK, etc.)
Azure or Google Cloud certifications
