Responsibilities
Evaluate new INV products, processes, and equipment. (40%)
Support development of technology, resource and production requirements. (30%)
Support new business opportunity evaluation (20%)
Support M/P equipment problems and develop solutions (5%)
Other Duties as Assigned to support Corporate Objectives (5%)
Qualification
Required
4year University Degree in related technical field or equivalent experience and education
Candidate must already have work authorization to work in the United States
Engineering skills including knowledge of control systems, robotics, electronics, electrical test systems, optical inspection and computer programming
Ability to make quick, accurate, data driven decisions and utilize excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy with both personal computers and manufacturing systems
Willingness to support the corporate culture with an absolute focus on ethics and fairness
Preferred
4-yr university degree in electrical engineering or related field and 5 yrs related work experience
Work experience within automotive industry, with emphasis in high power electronic or electronic devices and testing equipment (oscilloscopes, power supply's) and lab view software
Knowledge of EV components such as inverters or power modules
Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, etc
Experience in electronics manufacturing and principles IPC regulations
Well organized, attention to detail and able to handle multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills to prepare and present information to all levels of associates, management and customers both verbally and written
Ability to lead projects obtaining the support of multiple departments and organizations
