Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts and hand jacks
Prepare products for shipment including strapping, wrapping, and labeling
Deliver packaging materials and finished products to appropriate areas
Create and manage shipping documents such as packing slips and bills of lading
Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records using computer systems
Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety rules and company procedures
Work cross-functionally with other departments to support operations
Assist with training and process improvement as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
Forklift experience required
Basic computer skills, including inventory or shipping systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
Flexible and able to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
