Responsibilities
Demonstrate excellent customer service and professional communication by phone, email & fax, and in person
Facilitate a trusting and supportive relationship with prospective and approved donors
Respond to inquiries from approved and prospective donors promptly and efficiently and collaborate with other team members to ensure that no donor slips through the cracks
Organize, track, and maintain accurate data using Salesforce, Timeless Medical Systems, Excel, and Google Sheets
Interface effectively with the other milk bank programs
Assist with other mission-related activities as needed, including events that may happen outside of business hours

Strong organization and communication skills
Has phone customer service experience and is extremely comfortable talking on the phone and in person with individuals
Great customer service skills
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- ability to multitask is must
Technologically savvy, proficient in multiple software programs, Salesforce a plus
Ability to work independently, with some team collaboration
Strong work ethic and commitment to deadlines without requiring micro-management
