IT Architect II-IM Application Development
Talent Bridge is seeking an IT Architect II to lead design and architectural strategy for enterprise IT systems. This role focuses on system infrastructure, security, application architecture, and data life cycle management, requiring collaboration across technical and business teams to translate requirements into effective architecture.

Responsibilities
Support development and communication of information system vision, strategy, and tactical technology plans
Research and evaluate new systems and technologies to assess suitability for business needs
Evaluate proposed system acquisitions and provide input on compatibility, cost, resource requirements, maintenance, and operational impacts
Develop recommendations to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability of assigned systems
Establish and enhance technical standards, documentation, and proactive reporting processes
Maintain current technical certifications and knowledge relevant to the architecture domain
Lead infrastructure design, performance modeling, and capacity planning efforts
Provide guidance and leadership on architectural design and implementation initiatives
Ensure architectural solutions support business strategies and infrastructure capabilities
Collaborate with technical resources to facilitate development of standards and deliverables
Present architectural solutions to diverse audiences, including executive leadership
Participate in requirements gathering and solution design with cross‑functional teams
Actively plan and coordinate technical project work and architectural tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Architecture, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred; or four years of relevant work experience required
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise architecture with exposure to complex technology environments
Deep technical knowledge of enterprise systems, databases, networks, operating systems, and leading information management practices
Experience with architectural design frameworks, infrastructure planning, and security models
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
Experience in business process analysis, service delivery models, and enterprise applications (e.g., EMR, ERP, CRM)
Understanding of data integration techniques, ETL frameworks, and business intelligence/data warehouse environments
Exposure to modern data querying tools and platforms (e.g., tools similar to Hive, Impala, Spark SQL)
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical and non‑technical teams
Preferred
