Responsibilities

Own timely and accurate monthly close across multiple entities
Consolidate financial reporting and standardize chart of accounts
Improve forecasting, cash flow visibility, and financial discipline
Implement job-level, customer-level, and division-level profitability reporting
Identify margin leakage related to labor, overtime, waste, pricing, and overhead
Partner with operations to improve efficiency and decision making
Lead ERP, accounting system, and process improvement initiatives
Drive automation daily accounting tasks and reporting
Centralize and streamline accounting functions across companies
Mentor and lead accounting staff

Required

10+ years of accounting or finance experience
Multi-entity accounting experience required
Proven ERP or system implementation experience
Strong job costing, inventory, and operational finance background
Advanced Excel skills; BI tools a plus
Successful use and implementation of AI

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing, printing, distribution, logistics, or job-cost environments preferred
CPA or CMA preferred but not required
