Responsibilities

Assist with ongoing engineering and operational projects, including data collection, documentation, and reporting
Work closely with engineers, project teams, and cross-functional departments to support project planning, execution, and follow-up
Participate in hands-on fieldwork, including site visits and project support in active work environments
Update and maintain project data, records, and spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
At the conclusion of the internship, present a project to company leaders and ownership

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or closely related field)
Comfortable working in outdoor environments and around active projects
Comfortable working from heights when required and following all safety protocols
Willingness to be hands-on, learn by doing, and jump in where needed
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering degree program (or recent graduate)
0-2 years of relevant experience (internship or academic experience encouraged)
Work includes time in a professional office environment and active field settings
Regular use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, etc.)
Physical requirements include standing, walking, climbing, balancing, reaching, and working at heights as needed
Must be able to follow all safety procedures and site requirements
