Responsibilities
Edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
Tighten pacing, flow, hooks, and captions
Help package raw footage into polished, engaging clips
Share platform + timing recommendations with the content team
Schedule content using Buffer
Help maintain a consistent founder voice across platforms
Support light organization of content folders and drafts
Qualification
Required
Experience editing short-form social video (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what performs on TikTok/Reels
Reliable, communicative, and comfortable working async
Interest in startups, mental health, social impact, or creator-led brands
Preferred
Bonus: experience with captions, hooks, or social strategy
