Required
Applicants must reside in Putnam County or a contiguous county within the State of New York
Be admitted to practice law in New York State
Must be a citizen of the United States
Possession of a license and current registration to practice law in the State of New York
At least two (2) years of experience as a practicing attorney
Experience handling criminal cases
Good knowledge of computer skills and social media technology
Excellent writing skills
Work requires incumbent to be on call at nights and on weekends
Preferred
Two or more years of experience in criminal prosecution
