Carrier Customer Success Specialist
Cable One is a company committed to keeping customers and associates connected to what matters most. They are seeking a Carrier Customer Success Specialist to manage customer disputes, drive renewals, and provide pre-sale support while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
Manage and resolve customer disputes, including billing, service, and contract issues
Generate and present Customer Scorecards for quarterly business review (QBR) meetings, highlighting performance, opportunities, and feedback
Drive renewals and retention of existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Perform account maintenance tasks, such as updating tax forms, building lists, rate cards, and contact information
Handle customer escalations, working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and complaints
Provide pre-sale support for large deals and RFPs, collaborating with the sales team and providing relevant information and documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field experience
At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales in the telecommunications industry
Strong knowledge of carrier services, products, and contracts
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and billing systems
