Responsibilities
Drive Collections: Proactively follow up with customers to obtain payments, resolve outstanding balances, and maintain up‑to‑date A/R statuses
Billing Execution: Review contracts, interpret billing terms, validate charges, and ensure invoices align with rate sheets and approved structures
OCR Implementation Support: Assist in reviewing, validating, and troubleshooting OCR data outputs; reconcile OCR‑captured information to source documents
Data Reconciliation: Review and reconcile data uploads, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with financial requirements
Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally and effectively with clients to resolve discrepancies, answer billing questions, and support payment processing
Data Accuracy: Perform detailed reviews of customer data, payment histories, and contract terms to identify and correct errors
Provide supporting documentation, reconciliations, and schedules for internal and external audits
Assist with compliance requests, financial back‑up, and data validation for auditors and internal stakeholders
Ensure audit files are organized, accurate, and ready for review
Qualification
Required
OCR system exposure/experience is required
Collections experience with strong, professional communication skills—clear, confident, and customer‑focused
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to interpret contract and rate structures accurately
Advanced Excel capability—including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and large‑dataset manipulation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and resolve discrepancies
A highly positive, proactive, “can‑do” energy with a bias for action and ownership
Preferred
Python experience is a plus
