Qualification
Required
Extensive expertise in blockchain technologies, smart contract development, distributed ledger architecture, and digital asset management
Proficiency in cloud platforms, API development, system integration, and scaling enterprise-level blockchain solutions
Experience in business strategy development, risk management, and aligning technology solutions with organizational goals
Strong technical leadership skills, ability to mentor teams, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Excellent analytical and communication skills for presenting complex technology solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications in blockchain technologies are a plus
At least 8-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, including 3+ years specializing in blockchain or digital assets
Preferred
Knowledge of blockchain compliance and regulatory requirements
Familiarity with architecture frameworks and methods
Preferred experience: blockchain-based platform capabilities, including smart contracts and consensus mechanisms; design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance blockchain infrastructure; research and adopt emerging blockchain protocols, Layer 2 solutions, and interoperability frameworks; mentor engineering teams on blockchain best practices and lead technical decision-making; experience with zero-knowledge proofs, privacy-preserving technologies, and governance models; and expertise in cloud platforms and DevOps for blockchain deployments
