Responsibilities
Technical leadership across OCI and GCP
Oversight of enterprise-scale relational, cloud-native, NoSQL, and in-memory databases
Stabilizing and optimizing production environments
Leading incident response, RCA, and remediation
Driving automation, monitoring, runbooks, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
Qualification
Required
10+ years in Infrastructure & Database Engineering
3+ years in a leadership or manager-level role
Strong hands-on experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and GCP
Deep knowledge of both Firestore (collections, sub-collections, security rules)
Deep knowledge of both Redis (data types, persistence, sentinel/cluster modes)
Experience with on-prem to cloud database migrations
Proficiency with CI/CD, monitoring, and IaC
Preferred
Experience leading database modernization initiatives
DevOps / SRE operating model familiarity
Master's degree
