Responsibilities
Perform quality reviews and edits of peer test plans, reports, correspondence, addendums, supplemental reviews and billing
Verify all documents contain all required information in a clear and concise format
Maintain the quality, content, format and professional appearance of the test plans in compliance with company standards
Identify and report any inconsistencies and ensure all required information is included in the customer’s report
Document and report daily discrepancies
Assist in Flammability Department as needed, including, but not limited to, Receiving, Vertical Lab, Rag Shop and Technical Writing
Conduct Approved Document Audits as available
Perform other job responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have experience in Microsoft Office, working with PDFs, and sending emails
High School Diploma / Degree
1 – 3 years of professional experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read blueprints a strong plus
Requires the ability to lift 5 pounds regularly with occasional lifting to upwards of 20 pounds
